Information & Referral

Are you looking for information on a specific area of natural therapy, information about certain products, or perhaps a contact such as, a holistic practitioner or medical doctor? Our service may be able to help you get in touch with the right resources. Our library volunteer staff or Sandra Maqueda will be more than happy to assist you where possible.

The Foundation provides members with free access to a wide range of resource information on alternative and complementary therapies encompassing a holistic spectrum of literature and research-based information. This is made available in the form of books, audio and visual tapes, journals, magazines, subscription newsletters, directories, articles, and practitioner resource manuals.

Whilst we do not prescribe specific remedies for 'treatment of cancer' and other forms of illness, we may be able to assist you with information that can help you make 'informed choices' about your health care. We have available a 'resource library' (see 'Resource Library') which you can access by becoming a member (Click here to become a member). We also offer you health seminars, self-help workshops and support groups in which you can participate, as a means of learning more about health and prevention of chronic illness.

Feel free to drop in, and have a browse through our library. Become a member and have free access to a wealth of information.

Opening Hours

The Centre is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30am to 3.30pm and Saturdays for scheduled workshops and seminars.
