IFAS is a method of stimulating blood circulation by the local application of an electrical current at low amperage and high frequency. The IFAS may be said to be a diffusion of an electrical current of tremendous power and resistance, into millions of tiny, harmless units which can be applied to the tenderest and most delicate parts of the body without the slightest harm.

The IFAS relies on the ability of high frequency waves to penetrate the skin and stimulate blood flow deep inside the body. This is achieved by the use of scientifically designed vacuum glass applicators which are passed over the skin above the affected area.
